Havw to add turmaric too? can we use cow milk instead of coconut milk and sugar instead of honey?
ReplyDeleteNo.suger is not good for helth and coconut milk has low calories and low coloestrol. And turmeric is the best medicine in ayurveda. Use frost turmeric if you can.
