– 400 gr. of brown sugar;

How to prepare it:
First you will need to put the water and sugar into a larger pot and cook them until the mixture boils.
Next, put the onions and ginger root in it and cook for a couple of minutes. Then add the turmeric and some more grated ginger. After the mixture boils again, you need to take it off the heat and let it to cool down on room temperature. In the end, pour the mixture into a container and keep it in the fridge.
How to use it:
Two times in the day – the morning before breakfast and 2 hours after dinner, drink a glass of the mixture. For better results, you can do some exercises while you make the treatment. Another suggestion is to take a hot bath for 20 minutes every day, so you will flush out the toxins easier. What can also help is inhaling eucalyptus oil.
